Chick with feet problems

I have a d'Uccle chick hatch out with feet problems. One foot is worse than the other. I read to make shoes with cardboard for him/her but I'm not sure how to do that?? He/she gets around fine.

Please help, I have another chick like this but worse.

We have had a couple that have had toes that do that funny curl thing, but we have never done anything about it, because all the ones we have had were active and healthy. A few of them grew out of it, but a few never did. So long as the chick is fine and happy I wouldn't worry about it.
