Chick with foamy eye and another wheezing and sneezing

That is stridor, and she is having some sneezing, head shaking and swallowing of mucus coming down from her sinuses. She may have a respiratory virus or bacterial infection such as MG. It doesn’t look like gapeworm, which is rare. I would try to get an antibiotic such as Tylosin or TiaGard/Denagard to treat her via her water. Do you have a vet that would help? Getting those online might be too late. You can get Tylosin from Jedds.com and TiaGard online.

Thank you for your response, I ordered the tylosin from jedds but haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. I was able to order the tiagard from Amazon and it should be here tomorrow. Anything I should be doing until I get the tiagard?

There's not much else you can do until the Tiagard arrives.
You'll want to make sure she eats something to help keep up her strength. Try giving her plain boiled white rice mixed in her feed to eat, make it like a watery mush so that it's easier for her to eat, swallow, and digest. Chickens normally scoff up boiled white rice, it looks like maggots to them mmmmm yummy.

She was still eating ok this evening, but I will make sure to get her eating first thing in the morning. Maybe some hard boiled eggs as well might be good you think? Or just stick with the rice and regular food?

So we got the tiagard last night and tried getting some into the water right away. Trying to do the math got us all confused trying to figure out their weight and how much they drink a day. We did 1ml for a quart. Is the 8ml per a gallon a safe mixture for 11week old chicks? Also there's only 12 so they only drink like a quart a day between them all. Just want to make sure to get them the right amount but also don't want to over do it.

Just a update if someone comes across this thread later on with the same problem. Our 2 chickens started showing minor symptoms on thurs. Thought maybe it was dirt or something so it might pass. Symptoms got a little worse each day, so I ordered the jedds tylosin Sunday. Was afraid it wouldn't come in time so also ordered tiagard and got it late Monday night. Wasnt 100% sure of the mixture did 1ml per a pint to be safe for our 2 sick babies (I think we didn't go strong enough) Tuesday we did 8ml per gallon for all our chicks just to treat them all. Our sweet polish was gasping and stretching her neck trying to breath but still eating and drinking and had energy up until Tues night. Wed morning she wouldnt eat or drink. I think she was so exhausted from gasping for air all night and not sleeping. We found a vet an hour away to take her to wed night. They gave her antibiotics and fluids overnight. She didn't improve and we picked her up Thurs and brought her home and she passed within 10mins of getting her home. Sweet baby was a fighter and waited to be home with us to pass.
