Hello!! I have four 2 1/2 week old chicks in a brooder. The buff brahma, Mo, has a swollen vent and it appears to be wet around it, maybe like she had diarrhea. The other 3 don't have anything wrong. Mo had pasty butt the first night I brought her home but that was reversed the same night and she was healed by the next day. I've been cleaning the pine shavings out every day and supply water and food always. I just put apple cider vinegar and garlic in the water to aid with her digestion since that seems to be the case, but I don't want it to get worse. What do you think this could be? Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do next??
