Chicken attacked by dog

I have a buff rock chicken that was attacked tonight by a dog. She has 2 puncture wounds to each side of her neck. Shes in shock. She was given some IV fluids SQ and some Baytril antibiotic in case she gets infection. I have read that aspirin helps with pain how do I do this and what dosage. Also should I pluck/shave where the wounds are and clean with peroxide or just clean the puncture wounds and flush the wounds. Any help will be very appreciated. Shes my favourite chicken I love her dearly and hope she makes its through the night. I have left her in a cage by herself in a warm area. Once again thanks.

I dont have any advice but wanted to say im so sorry to hear that. I love my pet chickens dearly. It seems to me that if she is alert she will be okay. Ckickens seem somewhat delicate, but i sence they are very strong and hardy.
