I wish. but it is very cold outside: -25°C. The chick is still wet and stays hidden under mommy's backside.

Congrats! Is there anyway to separate broody and her chicks/eggs from your other chickens while the chicks are hatching? Even though nuggest hasn't done anything I wouldn't trust her sitting on hatching chicks.. That is if Ginny gets off the nest which really she shouldn't while chicks are hatching... Good luck with the hatch~ Fingers crossed all 8 will hatch

Yes, I did.
I put a vine fence holder around her just in case. They can still see each other.
