Chicken biting turkey feathers

I have a very passive male Turkey and he likes to strut a lot, with all his feathers up. For some reason my chickens are obsessed with biting his butt and the feather around it to the point that he bleeds. Has anyone else dealt with this? What should I do?

Once chickens find out a way to get blood they keep at it. Paint the area with Pick-No-More.
