Chicken Breed Focus - Colloncas

Leg color would be more blue than yellow I think.

Also, they are not a standardized breed. Colloncas can't be narrowed down too greatly to a specific set of qualities.

In South America, Colloncas were whatever came out to be clean faced and rump-less. In essence they were "beardless-no-tailed-ones."
And then you had the "no-beard-has-tail-ones." Egg color and most other phenotypes were un-notable.

Thank you breed focus! Husband consulted the seller before we bought her, he said he'd forgotten what breed she was but it started with a C. For a while I figured it was just a language difference since Dutch and English translate funny but I read the Colloncas breed focus and it clicked!

She has no tufts (but does have feathers so she's not totally naked-faced) and no rump, and laid blue eggs up until The Great Molt of Fall 2015. Definitely a Colloncas and not an EE.

Don't have any, but would love some.

@sumi check your spelling "Americauna". Should be Ameraucana.
Edited to add. There seems to be at least 3 different accepted spellings/names for that breed.

what are these:

pea comb but legs are more slate that greenish. I got them as rumpless clear faced araucanas. the breeder does not know a lot about this breed, he is a hobbyist.

So then a clean faced Araucana could be considered a Collonca?
