I have read that when the heart weakens it pumps less and starves the body for oxygen. She died during the night so I don't think she chocked on something
Could it also be possible she had overly stressed lungs?

They did get back to me, quickly to! But they no longer have them
I've searched just about everywhere on here and googled like a crazy person
Okay, strange that they don't have anymore. I'll keep trying for you. We'll find somebody eventually.

That is very possible
Having large mounts of muscle can put a strain on breathing, something with excessive body fat.
One reason I don't like about the Cornish X is that it's hard to keep them living due to their growth rate. I never tried, but that's what I've read.

her offspring lived 18 months to 2 1/2 years, there offspring lived 18 months to over 3 yrs.. some are still going... Most of my birds have some cx from that original hen. Most cockerels dress out around 6lbs at 16 wks

My mom wants to try raising Cornish X, but not sure if we should.
Them living that long is a bit fascinating.

The only Broiler type bird we have is Broiler Silkies, we have a hen that's going on 3yrs old this year, & a Cockerel going on 1yr old this year.

Thinking about breeding them specifically for meat since they fill out nicely.
