I cant find shipping info anywhere on their website, and it wont give me a cost before I have to put in my credit card info... thinking of getting 25 of the special bantams, but dont want to commit until I know how much the shipping is! I've ordered from ideal before, but I think I remember seeing shipping cost before the payment page...

There are all sorts of interesting charges, small order fee of $7 when I ordered 25 chicks, no box fee on 25 of them because they take up at least 1/4 of a box. Then the air mail $3.75.

But I ended up getting 25 Silkies (assorted) for $37 to ship 1/23/13 so I am happy

Now just have to hope everything goes okay!!!

Ah sad, I am not ready for chicks in this single digit weather

My father and I want to do a meat bird project this year, so that was appealing to me. Hopefully, there is a "next time" in a month or so

To answer a couple of questions

Yes, we do have Rosecomb Bantams and Rhode Island Red. They are listed under Bantams - other breeds.
We also have Japanese and Dutch. We do not however, have Seramas.

I am assuming the person that could not find the link found it but if not click to shop online, advertised special and then weekly specials.

And a little extra information - Ducks and Bantams will remain on special for the hatch on 1-26.

Woohoo! Didnt order the Bantam special, but I did the Bantam Cochin special!

Hoping for some blue/splash and self blue to add to my black pair
Also ordered some Bantam EEs, hopefuly they all wont be roosters, I want some little green/blue eggs!'

To bad the Cayugas werent on sale, I've got a Blue Cayuga drake with feathered legs in need of some hens. Maybe I'll order them later, only have so much brooder room anyways

I got a call from Ideal about 5 mins ago saying my bantam special is shipping today and will be here by fri.

Last time I ordered my hatch came in the next day so maybe I will have chicks at the post office tomorrow?!
