Respiratory gets them feeling icky..My Flock has ILT and I run heat in my Coop to manage them...Stress brings out symptoms...
He's probably feeling a little sick from both the respiratory infection and all the antibiotics, which can be hard on them. You can try offering him some really tasty, irresistible treats like scrambled eggs and live mealworms and see if he goes for that. Hopefully after the antibiotics are done he will perk back up.
You may want to weigh him and monitor his weight - if he starts losing a lot of weight something else may be wrong and more may need to be done.
Apologies that this will be a little off-topic and I hope you don't mind me asking, but what happens when you report ILT to the government in Canada? I know in here in the USA and also apparently in Alberta Canada where you are (just looked it up, I was curious) it's a reportable disease that must be reported within 24 hours of an outbreak. I was under the impression that they culled the flocks, but I guess not? Do they just impose a quarantine?
I understand ur points very much I offerd him.egg but he don't eat he like to pick millet I stopped all medicine I'm like totally so stressed to see him ..

So sorryMay I ask why you thought he had a respiratory infection that needed antibiotics? What were his symptoms?
@Saaniya I replied to your PM and said I would post here. I am a bit confused about your concern.
You mention that he is not interested in his feed, but will pick at the millet. You also mention several times he has no symptoms, he's pooping, no problems with his crop, is running, playing and acting normal.
I understand that you care deeply about your sweet fella and worry about his health. Since he has been on medication and you recently stopped it, he may be feeling slightly off or is just preferring to eat millet since it might be a bit tastier than his regular feed (like a kid prefers sweets over veggies). Give him a couple of days to get back to normal. Offer only his normal feed along with plenty of fresh clean water. If he will eat the millet, then when he is hungry, he should eat his normal feed as long as it's fresh.
I hope all goes well for you and your cockerel.
