Chicken overly cuddling and foaming noise

So I have a baby chicken a bit over 2 weeks that will follow my hand everywhere. I could be on my laptop and it will start rubbing its head on my hand and showing its self into my hand. Im not sure if she just likes to cuddle or if something might be wrong with her. Also there is foaming noise coming from her bottom.

Just from what you said no it doesn't sound like she is sick, it sounds more like it's adopted the hand and as a place of comfort.
But if you're concerned about something being wrong than I would watch carefully to see if any other symptoms show up.
