Have you looked inside her beak for any signs of canker or lesions?

I do see the eye is a bit puffy. General care is to flush with saline, then put a bit of eye ointment like Terramycin in the eye.

Is her crop emptying?

See if she will take sips of water if you hold a shallow cup up to her beak.
Wet mushy feed can also be helpful is they aren't drinking a lot.

I don’t know how to check crop emptying. How do I check that? Yes her eye is a little puffy. Sorry for asking so many questions but how do I flush her eyes and what type of saline do I use. I do give her water using shallow cups but she does not care because all she does is sleep. Every once in a while she will take a little bit and look for the water but then when she misses the cup she completely gives up. Also, since I’m opening her beak and putting pieces of scrambled eggs in it, im not sure how I’d do that with mushy feed but I can try offering it to her.

The crop is on the right side of the breast. You should be able to feel it when she's been eating.

You can use purchased saline or eye wash for eyes. Flush/rinse the eye with saline, then apply the ointment in the eye.

I can’t really feel her crop after I feed her. I haven’t washed her eyes yet but I’ll see if I can get the supplies soon. Today her eye had like bubbly white foam. And I cleaned it but then her eye was ‘popping’ I know that sounds terrible but her eye would puff up as if theres air or liquid inside and then the air would pop out at the crease. This seems almost cruel as she’s not getting better I truly don’t know what to do. Her neck tremors are a lot worse, but the vitamin e doesn’t seem to be helping. I wonder because of the foam of maybe she has infectious Corzya ? But her eye doesn’t have the big bump like everyone’s elses. I’m not sure
