Okay, I finally had a chance to upload a few of the many pictures I promised.
Blue Momma w/ her 11 babies
Bonnie, w/ her 5 chicks - I gave her 2 new chicks and she adopted them. ( They're not shown in the pic )
My two other broodies w/ 2 of their 6 babies ( I tryed to get them to adopt some chicks but they tryed to kill them.
)
Here are some pics of the broody babies~
This'n is a bantam EE mutt, the other chick in the background is a game bantam.
Tuxedo, and his pal
My favorite of Bonnie's chicks - This one looks just like a Barred Easter Egger bantam! It's sooo cute!
Two more little broody babe's - the one on the left has such an interesting color pattern. It reminds me of a SLP ( Silver Laced Polish ) chick, without the topknot and the muffs.
The Three Amigos ( Uno Nino and Dos Ninas would be better...
) My three "cheeky" White Ams turned a week old 4/21 ( they're 8 d/o in the pic ) they turned 9 days old today!
The whiter chick is the one I helped out. I'm 90% sure she is a pullet and the other two are boys.
This is the one I helped out, I'm pretty sure she is my only girl.
I put two of Mrs. Fluffy Puffy's eggs under Blue Momma and she hatched both of them out!
They're so stink'in cute. They both have 5 toes and by the looks of it one is black and the other perhaps dark blue.
This little guy/gal reminds me of a mouse!
The chubby 'lil fellow on the left has to be a rooster, he runs around attacking the other chicks in the brooder.
This is another EE mutt, she is one of my favorites.
Mrs. Fluffy Puffy - the proud mother ....actually she doesn't even know she is a mother!
Brooder pics - you can see my pair of Lavender Cochin bantams in the brooder. They're so cute!
In the brooder: Bantam Lav Ams, Buff Orps, Olive Eggers,& B/B Bantam Ams.
This is one of my pet chickens, Dawn.
