Chicken processing remains for dogs?

My dog refuses to eat anything raw. I've given her hearts before, but she just carries them around and throws them up in the air. She loves ANY cooked meat in her dish, as well as grease, but won't eat raw.

She eats Diamond Naturals for her normal food, so it isn't like she is protein deprived or anything.
