We have a grey polish pullet named Dove. One day, her posture changed where one of her wing was resting, not in place and her head was lower. We got a carrier with food and water and we put her in it. She kept on falling down so we have been giving her fruit that would help. She’s been laying down and eating. I’m not sure about drinking. She either got attacked by a rooster, attacked by a snake owl or hawk (we live near a forest so there’s a ton of snakes. ) Or thorns but that would be least likely. She makes a noise when we touch her wings and under the wings are torn up feathers and pinned feathers.

Can you take some clear photos of her, how she stands, the wings/torn up feathers?

What do you feed her?
I'd provide her with chick starter to eat, cut out the treats/fruit and get some vitamins into her.
At Walmart or CVS in the vitamin aisle, look for 400IU Vitamin E and B-Complex. buy both vitamins. Give her 1 vitamin E soft gel daily and 1/4 tablet B-Complex.

Is there any broken skin or a wound? If so, have you been applying a treatment?

There is no wound but on her wing you can see some broken skin

I am sorry about your bird.
I had a hen who had a broken wing. She was walking on it because it drooped. We tried to design a sleeve so she could have it lifted close to her body, but she didn't like that and ended up having more problems because of the sleeve so we let her alone. Since she was sleeping on the floor of the coop and not able to fly to a roost, we ended up giving her a rooster chick someone gave us to keep her company. She paid attention to the chick and forgot about her wing and it ended up getting better.
