Chicken won’t get up in the morning

Last week I bought 2 hens from an owner nearby. They were fine other than some feathers lost due to an over aggressive rooster. This morning I let them out of the coop and I went back to check on them to realize that one of my new hens is still on the roosting pole sleeping. She is refusing to open her eyes for anything. Typically she is still scared of me but today she won’t even open her eyes if I nudge her or anything like that. Her breathing is normal, it isn’t too hot this time of day. It looks like she just isn’t a morning person, but I know that isn’t the case. Depression from the move? Egg bound?

Do you know how old she is? Has she laid since you got her? What do her droppings look like? Is her crop empty, full, hard, soft and squishy? Feel her abdomen, below the vent between the legs for any bloat. Have you checked her over for lice/mites?
Moving is stressful, and stress can sometimes bring to the surface hidden health problems.
Coccidiosis should be considered since she's been moved to new ground, so if droppings are abnormal, runny, mucousy, or bloody, then that may be the treatment necessary.

Previous owner said she is 2. Unknown if she has laid, I wouldn't be able to tell. Her droppings are slightly runny. Her crop is normal, bright red and soft. Palpating below her vent i did not feel anything out of the ordinary.

Crop, not comb. Crop is the pouch on her lower right chest area that fills with food when she eats, and then empties when she digests.
Pictures of the droppings might help. Do you know if they were ever wormed where they were before?
Not reacting at all to you is not normal and she sounds like she's very ill.

her crop isn’t full. It feels as though there may be a little bit of something in there. Rather squishy. She did just discharge this out of her vent

open her mouth and smell it. does it smell foul?
if so shes got sour crop. is she eating feed? or just drinking?
hope she don't got a broken egg in her. looks kinda like egg
coming out of her. but looks like shes got some kind of infection.

Sometimes it can be hard to narrow down what is going on. Do you know if she was eating and drinking yesterday? There are many possibilities, with a two year old bird, symptoms can be hard to distinguish one from another. Her lack of reaction and severe lethargy suggests it's pretty serious and she may not make it. Can you try to get some fluids in her? Just try putting a drop or two in the front of her beak and see if she will even swallow it. Don't do too much or she may aspirate. If she won't swallow then, if you want to try to save her you will likely need to start tubing fluids.
