We've been going deeper into drought up here for the past 20 years. Every year it seems to get worse. BUT, 2022 and 2021 were banner years for rain and snow, normal to nearly double the moisture, so it only makes sense this droughty area would make up for all of it this year.

How was the moisture down there this summer? We used to go to El Paso when my mom lived down there, we haven't been in 2 years.

This summer it was very dry! Now that Autumn is here it's been more moist and cool.
Maybe someday you will be able to make it down here! We did get rain last night for an hour or so.

Beautiful skies! ❤ Yes I've noticed on the rain radar you guys have been getting all the rains! Seems like it's either raining to our north or south, or they head this way and dry up. We'll glad somebody is getting rain, it's needed down in your territory too!

You can use human eye drops on birds, if you have any Visine for red or inflamed eyes, one drop a couple times a day might help.

Yeah we have been getting a lot of rain but not as much as 2021. Mountains are still brown but my grass is green again!!
