went fishing with a guide down in Port Mansfield.

he made some on the boat, with some fresh caught sand trout, I had no idea what it was called, but it sure hit the spot after a long wade.

Crackers, cerviche, and a cold drink.

Thank you! Guess what I just found while trying out that search engine? A poultry consignment shop about 30 mins away! The guy who opened it has been making and selling brooders and incubators on CL all year. I guess he just opened up his own shop. He's looking for chicks to sell and any new or used poultry related items! So I contacted him ASAP. Now if my silkies would just start laying, I may have a huge excuse to set eggs!!

Ceviche is amazing when done right! If you are not near the sea though, don't even bother.

Ceviche, chips and a real margarita on the rocks on a beach in Baja away from the Gringos. Doesn't get any better than that.

I rinse my hands in vinegar, then wash with dish detergent. 

Looks like no matter what it's undisputed that fish takes two solvents to get rid of its oil.
