Just a mini update here--Po is doing fabulous and has (finally) started getting wing pins now. All good there!

Little Roha, however, has been dozing a lot and has just the tiniest crackle every once in a while while she breathes. I'm talking a very small sound that is so infrequent that it could be missed. Tiwhiri sounds like she's crackling a little as well. Absolutely no other symptoms. I'm looking up what I can do for them now.

Okay, all is looking well as of this morning. The little ones are on tetracycline (it was all I had on hand). Roha has stopped crackling already, but is still very sleepy. Tiwhiri still crackles a bit, but she's full of energy and not slowing down!

Little Po, who was not afflicted with whatever this is, thank goodness, is still well and now starting to get feathers! We should be able to tell before long if he's a frizzle or not! (Meyers says on their frizzle Cochin bantam page that about 25% will be smooth, which means that they are most likely from a frizzle X frizzle breeding. So, while Po is probably a frizzle, he could also be smooth or even frazzled.)

I have no pictures yet today, but y'all can bet they're coming later!
