Chicks not absorbing yolk

I had a few chicks hatch out in the coop a couple days ago and I just noticed one has something wrong with it's belly I've came to the conclusion it didn't absorb it's yolk properly so I cleaned it up but how do I get the chick to leave it alone so it will heal?

The belly looks a lot better today then yesterday thanks for all the advice.

The little one is doing great this morning can't even tell anything was wrong with it to begin with thanks for all the info.

Would you please be so kind to upload a picture of your chicks belly?
How did you clean it up?

Well I used peroxide and Neosporin and wrapped it up because she just will not leave it alone.

Please upload a picture!
In the mean time, make sure he/she is in a clean warm and safe enviroment..

I couldn't keep the baby inside because I have a cat who would've ate him in the night but so far this morning the chick acts like a normal chick, running, playing, eating I hope it'll be ok.
