Chicks Sneezing?

I am very sorry for your loss. It is always good when we lose a chicken to get a necropsy done by the state vet to identify the source of the infection. She may have had infectious bronchitis which can affect the kidneys. It can be complicated by another possible secondary infection. If you have her body, refrigerate it and call the state vet right away to see how to send or take it in promptly. The body should be wrapped in a double garbage bag and refrigerated, but not frozen. I’ll keep that in mind next time. I buried her right after because I was so distraught I couldn’t even think. My other girls are completely fine. I wonder if maybe she ate something she shouldn’t have. I don’t know.
