From what I've read cockerels are supposed to feather in slower than pullets. Well not this little blue gal. I always thought she was a cockerel because she feathered in so slowly. At about 1 month she was almost naked. She's feathering in much more now. She's about 2-3 months hanging with some black australorps and buff orps since she was my last cochin to hatch.

This is my newest girl, Sunny-side. She is new to the flock so she is still pretty shy but so beautiful. I can tell she will be very friendly once she settles in because she let me hold her without complaints when we picked her up from the breeder. And she makes the cutest sounds.
