I am a new cochin owner. I brought her into my flock of 3 Americauna and 1 bantam with crest. I don't know if she is a bantam or regular size. I have a few questions.

1) Do they sleep more? I have her in the house some while integrating her into my flock - she sleeps every time she sits on my lap.
2) Where do they sleep naturally. I set her on a roost last night and did have to move her off - After waiting 1 hour for her to sleep in - I finally grabbed her. I wonder if she would have sat all day and starved???
3) I put her in with 3 of 4 last night - I moved the meanest Americauna into a new house - will tonight too.
4. So far so good - she is getting pecked hard - but one at a time. No blood.
