Morning everyone. Still have half a cup of coffee in front of me but time to get moving.

Weather here is calling for a bit of snow. I did get my new net for the run but will hold off putting it off till the weather settles a bit....like maybe next October by the look of things.

Got a note from my SIL that the Wu-Flu is in Madison WI with one confirmed case. She is not there but daughter and family is. Scary.

@aart, I'm so sorry to hear about Rascal. When we lost 3 of 5 and just had Buck and Spotty Dog left we said NEVER, NO MORE......then we learned to never say NEVER and got 5 more.

Makes us determined to live long enough for them to live out their lives with us...

Thanks for the well wishes. I'm feeling better this morning. The gland swelling and tenderness has gone down. I need to gargle yet but thank God for Antibiotics is all I can say.....

Are you getting any sunshine, Sour?

No sunshine - just wind, clouds and rain. Somewhere today I mentioned the 'tornado' word, and the Princess was watching NJ news and said that there was a tornado warning in South Jersey associated with a front that just made it's way through here.

Sunny here today, but I hate throwing snow off of soft ground, tossed more dirt gravel and grass than snow. Dug some nasty holes I had to try to fill too. :rant
From a more 'real' winter:

Definitely a big part of daily life, the only other beating heart in the house here.
Much of it is habit...I miss the good stuff, but not the less pleasant aspects.
Doubt I'll ever have another dog, he was the last of 3.

Std. Poodle from SPCA, there were 5 six month old pups there.

I loved my Standard Poodle, Anna Banana. She was great with the kids.

Good morning everyone - hope that the weather has settled down for all.
Mourning Sour :frow the snow that came through last night is finally starting to leave-just a matter of how long we will have to wait for the bamboo branches to stand up so we can get through the driveway :th

Good morning Grammy, Aart, Sean and Sour. Made a fresh pot, help yourselves.

Dreary and 28° here. Still calling for snow, but have yet to see it. Patiently waiting for the cows to remember it's calving season :p

Hope everyone has a great day!
Morning Meg :frowour temp is 28 with a feel of 21 🥶 I did go for another walk to get more pictures of the snow-not letting the snow keep me in just yet.
You have a great day as well
