I'm such a child, I laughed immediately. lol, is it really called that or is that a typo?
I asked a geologist what a similar striped stone was. His response was a laugh as he said it's a sex stone. You know just another F******* rock.

The sex stones make really good fidget rocks which can greatly relieve stress.

There is a lot of Leverite around here too.

The obsidian Darth Vader helmet that I got for my husband's Christmas gift. lol

That’s to funny :lau

This years gift or last years? If it’s this years, I’m sure he’l love it:D

lol, Yes, it's this year's Christmas gift. He's a Star Wars junkie and he likes rocks too. I also got him a little piece of a meteorite. I figured if he likes the meteorite then it's going in my display case and if he doesn't like it, then I'll take it off his hands and put it in my display case. It's a win win. lol

Oh i love rockhounding! As a kid my stepdad used to take my sister and i over to central WA and look for ellensburg blues. Now its really hard to find anybody who will let you on their property to rockhound anymore.

This year has definitely been tough for rock hounding. I understand people were distancing and these mom & pop mines where they dig and allow people to come hunt for rocks, I'm thinking it just wasn't worth it to them when they weren't able to have larger groups of people out.
