Cool I’ll look those up! I remember when I was in elementary school, I spent recess digging in a gravel pile with one of my friends who told me to look for them. I was probably in 4th or 5th grade, and obviously had no idea what I was doing! I don’t know what we did with them after, probably left them in our pockets and forgot. (and I can imagine 30 years from now finding the jacket I used to put them in)

I guess I haven’t changed much since then, since I still just pick up the “weird ones” and put them in my pocket without asking what they are :lau

In 30 years, when you find that jacket again, you'll probably have 2 display cases filled with rocks like I do. :lau

No, I am not sure where it came from. It may have been a garage sale item my father picked up or something that my ex FIL left behind.

I have buckets of rocks from the same source along with some things I actually found.

Do you think this used to have a shell in it, or could it just be a rock with a hole that happens to look just like one?
