It’s not your fault! There are some things that we just can’t prevent from happening no matter how careful we are. I am glad he is okay!Update:
Yesterday evening Colonel lost some of his tail feathers and got a few bite marks on him. Our dog Mika & her puppies somehow got into the temporary yard he and Duchess were in despite me putting a lot of heavy stuff in the way to prevent them. My dad had gone out to check on the puppies and saw that they were in the yard with the ducks. He put some stuff on him to help heal. I'm upset with myself that I had gone to bed too early(6pm) because I could have prevented it. I feel like I failed the ducks. I mean I'm glad he's still alive but I'm angry at myself.
