Update:
Colonel finally realized that I've been leaving the door open while I refill his water dish. He got out while I was putting cut up blueberries and watermelon in his fresh water.

Colonel is back outside! He's still healing but Duchess hasn't been picking on him.
When I placed him outside, Duchess had walked over to him with her head bowed down until she was next to him. What was she doing??

Went out to feed them earlier and found our mother hens & their chicks in the duck yard.. Not even sure how they got there but Colonel and Duchess were staying as far as they could from them. They're still in there and I can't grab them because I keep getting attacked by both mother hens.
