Watch and make sure little Duchess can eat them sometimes young duckling can’t eat them so well if they are larger pellets. Aww Colonel is growing up!

She is. I watched her eat before leaving the room.
I also gave them some lettuce bits to eat as well.

When would I be able to take them outside?

When it’s sunny and in the 60’s with no wind they should be able to go out for field trips short excursions .

I seem to have a problem. Colonel won't stop sleeping in his food.
I've tried to put the food bowl up a little higher where he can only reach with his bill but he keep knocking it over and finding a way to sit in it. What should I do??

What a silly boy give him something else to sleep in do you have a small dog bed or a towel he can curl up in?

I finally moved Duchess in with Colonel last night and when I woke up today, they were huddled next to each other. Although Colonel was once again in his food dish.
He does still nip her but other than that, he doesn't seem to mind having her in there.
