Colored chicks?

    Ok I am new to this whole chicken thing and Have seen chicks in diffrent color's...Now I mean like green, purple, etc...Umm Are they dying them that color? Thanks in advance!

    Yes it's Easter.. I have heard of two ways they do it .. Either dye them with food coloring or other non toxic dye.. Or some dye them inside the egg. The color goes away after the first molt.

    I think its cute but make sure the dye says "non-toxic"!

    I think it's horrible it makes them look like toys, which will only end bad.
