Confused about breed and unsure about gender

Most people say at least 8 hens per roo, but it depends on the rooster, mine needed 12 to not overbreed the hens, some need less. Some one said on of the oops was actually a Pullet, maybe you have 3 roos.

I have 4 total lavenders. Three with combs and waddles. Just to clarify

Yes, one of the lavender orps is a pullet. The rest are cockerels.

You will only need one cockerel for the number of females you have. Not only do multiple roosters fight, but they are likely to over-breed your hens, which is a nuisance to them and it can damage or destroy their back feathers.

I would be thinking of rehoming asap. Since lav orps are pretty popular, you may get lucky and find them nice homes.
