I thought mccain would of had ohio. Virginia was to close to call.

I really admire you guys for sticking it out in the lineups so long. I waited all of maybe five minutes in line when I voted last month. Mind you, I went right at supper time hoping to arrive before the 'after dinner rush'.

How many things did you have to vote on other than the president?

Hmmmm.....I wonder what the longest wait time in a lineup was?

I waited in line for 45 minutes...with MANY other new voters. Even some voters who screwed up their registeration, or forgot to update, or couldn't remember where they should have voted. NO ONE was turned away, they got everyone to fill out their info so they could straighten out their registration and get their ballot! That made me feel good.

This was my first vote ever. (I'm 29 so a little late in preforming my civil duties.) I was in awe over the whole process and proud of everyone!

I cried over both speeches from McCain and Obama... it was an AMAZING race from them both.

However, I waited up until 2am last night and the race in NC is still so close they can't call it!!!! 99% reporting and only seperated by less then 12000 votes right now. Everything here went really smoothly from what I've heard... its just THAT close.

1 minuted to sign my name and get a card. There was a booth all set and empty. Went in for 5 min and out. There was a couple questions I voted yes and no for. Thats about it.

Don't forget we voted for judges, senate seats, and Governor. And some state voted on Abortion, taxes, gay rights Ect!

I didnt see your name on the list of ADDITIONAL presidential candidates, or you could of had my vote, I didnt realize there were 9 choices for President, now I learn I should have wrote in your name, sorry for not be more voter ready,

I voted for state and local officials as well as school bonds. Yep, voted for higher taxes with my school bonds. This district is growing unbelieveably (I hate spelling, I know its wrong and I can't figure out how to get it right), and needs new schools and upgrades on existing schools.

I like when local elections correspond with national elections. It bugs me that in a city of 80,000 maybe only 3000 vote. At the local level it rarely seems to be government by the people, because the people can't be bothered to vote.

I voted early, and had to stand in line about 5 minutes.
