Connecticut Chicken Stock

I'd hate for anyone to go through a year's worth of posts. You all are most welcome to come to Oxford again in 2009, to make Chickenstock a truly "official" event.

This year, we can be at the top of the hill, near the house. Any ugly processing and such can go on down below. MNC, I am SO about the T-shirt, and assorted fun. I say we shoot for Spring, when the sap is running high.

How about the honey bees???

I have a much bigger silkie flock to bring this year. You may have
no grass left.

When we got together last year all kinds of birds went to new homes. Perfectly Polish had given me eggs to hatch at school and I delivered the chicks to her. She had ordered khaki campbell ducklings for me and brought those. Lots of other people brought birds they wanted to find homes for. I think everyone went home really happy!

Its sounds like it should be a blast!

moodusnewchick- Your scovys would be a great addition to our crew. I'll shoot you a PM. Thanks
