Worms?? Mites?? I'm thinking parasites of some kind if she isn't eating and is light weight. Mites will cause sneezing and sniffling (with clear lung sounds) and shaking of the head. I'm thinking the wry neck is because of lack of vitamins because she just isn't eating. That would make sense. Anyway, that's my thought, and maybe the others will come up with more ideas for you to look for.I have a chicken with a problem. About a week or so ago, she flew out of the yard and decided to roost in an evergreen. I saw her fly out and caught her after running around, under and through this big tree trying to catch her. She lost her tail feathers when I tried to get her out of the tree the first time. Ever since then, she hasn't been acting right and a couple of days ago I noticed she was keeping one eye closed. I checked it and it looks fine. She is also keeping her head turned and today she is holding her head completely upside down and turned almost all the way around side ways. I brought her in today and she is light as a feather, so I don't think she's been eating. I gave her electrolytes and fed her some egg in a syringe. She seemed to perk up and straighten out a little for an hour or so, but now she's acting off again. I repeated food and water, but I don't know what else to do. I have no clue what could be wrong with her or what to do for her. I have some of the powdered antibiotic you can get from Orcheln's, but it says it's for respiratory. Any ideas, please?
