Coop and run size for chickens enough for 14 chickens.

So I made a friend who gave me some extra easter egger chicks and other assortments. Which took my numbers up to currently 14 chicks. All roosters will go back and I have 5 older ones I am certain are hens. I was building a coop and run along with a little garden run as well. It is somewhat L shaped. 14 ft on each long side on the back and 7 ft on the short sides of the L. With an elevated coop and a 7 ft ceiling. There will be an opening with a small 2 ft by 20 garden run that will be enclosed. Should I build a second coop for the 5 silkes? Some birds will not be permanent.I would like to keep 10-12 birds. No roosters due to local ordinances..although I do have a neighbor with a rooster.

Guess I should ask. How much space do I need for 12 to 15 chickens?

It can be a challenge getting a reply here sometimes. The forum is so active, posts quickly get lost.

There are variables, but the rule of thumb is 4 square feet in the coop and 10 square feet in the run per bird.
