Coop shopping list? Need some help!

I want to improve my coop and maybe make it a little bigger so the hens would be comfortable. I'm thinking about the best materials to buy for that. It would be excellent if someone could tell me what would work best for me here. Also, I saw some incredible deals on https://www.dontpayfull.com/explore, so I think I can find something there for my household and chickens. It's probably long overdue to get them new bowls because the old ones already look pretty creepy, like some giant monster chewed them up. If I can also save some money, this is just what I need.
@nathanmiguers best to start a new thread with pics of your coop as it is.

Oh, and.... Welcome to BYC!
Where in this world are you located?
Climate, and time of year, is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, and then it's always there!

It would help to see what you currently have. What sort of climate you have is also helpful.

My wish list includes:
Another ice bucket (originally for chilling wine). Then I could exchange them instead of making extra trip to the coop to return the cleaned bucket. I like how easy they are to clean (stainless steel), has a sturdy handle, and most importantly for the next few months - it had only a skim of ice across the top on our coldest night so far which was 19F. I don't know how long it was that low but a 3 gallon uninsulated bucket of water was a bit more than half frozen.

I would also like a thicker branch as a roost, ideally with some of the underside drilled out to make it lighter.

A crack in the back of the poop board lets PDZ sift out, so some wood filler to stop that.

A door holder contraption is on my wish list. Two of them, actually, one door stop type to keep the door we use open for short time periods. And one for the permanently open door That will hold it top and bottom so it doesn't warp.

A bumper of sort on the door we use would be nice, too.

Shelves in the storage room of the coop.

A few more lids for 5 gallon buckets. Preferably, some gamma lids and some the simple flat lids (not the kind the buckets come with that need a lid wrench to get off the bucket.)

A better nest system. At least two pullets do not like the communal nest they currently have.
