Corid for Bovine?? Help!

Hi! I have a two week old chick that I suspect has Cocci - really runny poop, eating and drinking but lethargic and noisy. Also not really growing like the others. I lost one suddenly two days ago too.

They have a brooder plate - no light - and I use paper towels.

I have Corid but it says “for bovine use”...is this Ok or did I buy the wrong kind!?
