We've been GF for almost 15 years and while I love that nowadays there are mixes to be found, I used to make my own from complete scratch with all kinds of ingredients because of kiddo's major (epi-pen) allergies. Just holler if I can be of help..

I know what you mean. My parents in Florida needed a few phonecalls from me to get them to understand it could kill them.. A month ago my mom goes and gets a haircut, takes dog for a haircut, and she's in her 80's and relies on oxygen!!! How ? can you get?

My mom is trying to be safe but she works at Wal-Mart so she's pretty nervious about that.
Every Saturday she stops by to see my little one (5 years old) she's so scared that she will bring it to us without knowing it that she stays outside the gate in our driveway and we stay inside about 10' apart.
It is breaking her heart not to give kisses and hugs to him when she leaves. They blow kisses and wave goodbye and sometimes sign I love you. Then she drives the 40 minutes home in tears.
Man that sucks to know and maybe explains some of my passion against those that don't get the big deal about this virus.

Yes. And yeppers, they look very familiar.
Let me do some digging and see what I have that fits the bill.
Not yeasted breads I take it, and using an egg replacer (if the recipe calls for egg?)

A direction would help beause some are recipe specific and not general mixes.

I found I can eat organic eggs. Actually the main reason I got chickens.
And moderate use of BLK pepper, melons and beans is ok

Ok, I'll message you with more.
I have several books that use a flaxseed, coconut flour, and almond flour mix. It's healthy and doable...like a tasty chocolate zucchini cake. And I know there is pancake recipes too.
