It's flaxseed and brown rice based with whole grains instead of white rice with more empty starches added. To get a good bread mix I still needed to add a little tapioca starch, but not much. (Instead of the oats, I had some sorghum on hand)
And my bread turned out more golden ecru in color, not white at all. But though it fell some, it's really good with a hearty texture. (No, I couldn't wait to let it cool...lol)
I'm hoping it was just a pinch too much yeast that caused the big rise.

I haven't looked else where for it because I hadn't heard of it until I stumbled upon it through Sam's sites. Though maybe good for different uses...I can see this being a possibly better replacement for us than Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 when I don't want to mix from total scratch.

...it worked for me! My last one was three years ago, it was a hot day and I was rushing to get my popsicles home lmao...those po’sicles cost me 130 bucks

Thankfully I’ve never gotten a ticket lol I just have a need for speed 😂🤣🙈

But I’ve been working on it and following the speed limit LOL

Course it helps I also haven’t really gone anywhere lately :lau
