Hubby's choice sounds VERY Yummy. I'm very curious as to the cayenne accent. Is it a hint? A heavy handed slap to the back? A backhand to the face? Inquiring minds want to know & all that.

Often I have put cayenne as a accent or a major flavor in my morning lemon, honey, turmeric drinks.....
He said the chocolate chunks had the cayenne so you’d eat the chocolate chunks get a ton of heat then the chocolate ice cream would cool down his mouth.

Recipe, please? I could use a good flavor smack in the morning. I don't need another shut-down, closed-off" day like I had, today. The roller coaster got to me, so with the kids at their father's, it was just me & the critters. I got NOTHING done, but there was no avoiding the vegetative state. Tomorrow has GOT to be better!

First, THANK YOU, Everybody for the support and immediate prayers! I swear I could feel them, almost immediately - a sense of calm and focus. God is so very, very good - ans so are all of you!
I've finally had a chance to talk to my Dad. While all is definitely not well, it's a darned sight better than it could have been. The latest report is that Dean is hospitalized with a fever, but so far is not on a respirator. My Aunt is with him, Apparently she is not officially admitted, but is being allowed to quarantine herself with her husband - a weird but good side effect of her having tested positive, too. At least they can keep an eye on her, too and he doesn't have to be completely alone. I'll take that as a "plus."
Another positive is that, during my Dad's visit with the family two weekends ago, Dean and Joyce were NOT THERE. So, as long as no one else at the gathering had already picked it up from them, he may not have been exposed. He will contact his doctor first thing in the morning and request a test. Knowing my Dad, he'll talk the doctor out of it, but I hope common sense prevails and he gets it done.
So, all things considered, it could be worse. I guess I'm not going to see him for Father's Day, except maybe through the storm door glass, again. For now, I'm breathing ... slowly. If could just get my stomach to settle ...

Thanks for the update, @MROO. Happy that even this dark cloud has some silver linings! Hugs to all. Keep breathing! :hugs

My 96 year old great grandma caught it but she survived and she’s living a great life!
Thanks for sharing this, it is so encouraging! We all need a little good news right now! Hug your great-grandma for us, if you can, for all of us who can't! :hugs

I just gave my husband a full blown hair cut and style. I’m shocked how good I did. I cut maybe an inch in some places. FINALLY his hair is back to where it was! Thanks shutdown for stopping him getting his hair cut by people who cut way too much off!
I took scissors in hand and hacked at my hair yesterday. All those heavy curls were creeping me out, lol. I could feel them moving around on top of my headBut visually you can't see a difference. Thank God for wild, unruly hair! :lau
