I only buy non GMO products so at least the cornstarch I play with is non GMO. You play with whatever type of cornstarch you likeBut is it non-GMO cornstarch? Certified organic? Might just contaminate you forever, who knows???![]()

Same here. The pill made me sleepwalk and I got a rash from the patch. Still trying to quit. Got down to half a pack a day and slowly cutting back more. We're gonna start trying for a baby next year so I have no choice but to quit. Its rough though. They tried to put me on an anti anxiety pill but it gave me insomniaPatch gave me vivid nightmares.

I have cut way back. I no longer can get the flavor I want and running out of it and hardware. I plan to quit by the end of the year or when I run out. Which ever is first.

I lost about 35 lbs for my wedding doing Atkins. I had to quit most carbs. I still miss bread and french fries. And potato chips....I cheat a little more now that I dont have to squeeze into a big gown but after I cheat I fast for the majority of the next day to make up for it. I usually dont get hungry until around 1pm now and I wake up at 6 am. Ive gone from a size 22 to a size 12 but it took me a whole year. Im about 15 lbs away from being a healthy weight for my height.Yes I quit sugar, wheat, cows milk.
I have one alcoholic drink a week . Used to have at least a couple beers every night and six pack 3 days for. The weekend
Sugar was the hardest, ..... next to nicotine. If I could give up 6 mt dew a day, ice cream and bake goods I should be able to kick this too
