I don’t keep a large supply of pasta. I keep flour on hand and make fresh pasta as needed. I’ve usually have plenty of eggs.

My "real" emergency food stock is TVP and quinoa. Of course there are always beans and rice on the shelf as well.

I always have rice on stock. I've been eating rice, beans, and veggies for about a week now. I'm not tired of it yet either.

I'm running low on the no salt veggies but I'll find some eventually

We love nutritional yeast on popcorn and toast. These are the flakes, right?

I call it NOOCH it's my favorite thing ever. I'm going to have some on beans, rice, and green beens.

Rice is my preference over pasta, but I do have some veggie pasta in the cabinets.

coloring books, paint, board games, card games, video games, go for a bike ride, skateboard, walk the dog, use socks and a trash can to play basketball, hop scotch, tag, hide and seek, give them chores to do, teach them a skill like cooking, sewing, etc. There was life before tv, social media and going out all the time.

Mine know how to do all that stuff plus we play hide and seek plus tag all the time.

My kids aren't on social media and neither am I except BYC. We have no TV anymore, I disconnected from the satellite a few weeks ago.

I bought a bunch of puzzles, Bibles, arts and crafts, and a ton of stuff for my family. My husband is actually building a chicken puzzle when he gets home from work.

DW said it was my turn to help the kids with their school work I'm not good at this. They are having fun with arts and crafts right now. Cardboard, paper, string, glue, tape, markers and crayons etc can keep them busy all day.
Yesterday DW taught them how to sew by hand, the girls barbies all have new dresses, boy's Spiderman has a new pair of pants, looks like MC Hammer pants Lol, poor spidey.
Think I'll teach them how to play rummy later.

As a nurse, this is NOT GOOD! We need him desperately to be the voice of REALITY, because right now we're getting a lot of misinformation.

In New Mexico there’s a shelter in place, and we can’t even go for walks outside anymore. I guess I’ll just have to get used to it.

The Governor did not say you can't go outside. She encouraged us to get exercise, walk the dog, etc...but do not congregate in groups of more than 5 anywhere.
