Veggie protein powder
Or if you are able to use it (I no longer can) whey protein powder

Mixed with:
carob powder
Brewed (and chilled coffee)
1-3 fresh eggs (depending on size)
And the type of "milk" you have on hand

On some days I make 2. One goes in the freezer, only about 2/3 filled & laid on its side for at least an hour.

Pull it out add some more "milk" and shake it up further..... Instant slushy/smoothy kind-of drink.

Been doing these things of kinds of flavor combos for over 30 years. Started when my Mom discovered Shaklee stuff. Heck I still have the original shaker.

Hmmm, I do have a vanilla vegan powder I like to have for breakfast. Yeah, no whey stuff here either, kiddo is deathly allergic. We do almond milk but I found my shake is just as good with water.
I accidentally grabbed the chocolate kind once and find I don't like it (though I do like chocolate in general) so maybe that one would be good mixed with coffee since I like mocha lattes. Thanks for the idea!

Smoothies.....I lurv something with pineapples, strawberries, and peaches in it or to make my healthy sorbets in the ice cream maker. Plus I make an awsome dairy free vanilla custard ice cream. Yum!!

I stock up on quart bottles of Eggnog over the winter. Stored in the freezer (better yet, frozen in an ice cube tray and stored in a sealed container) it makes an amazing coffee creamer ... even in iced coffee!
 
Ooh I love eggnog and would adore using it as creamer in the winter, but how do you avoid the slightly eggy slimey taste when you put it in coffee? Do you dilute it at all or put it in not hot coffee (or just use better quality eggnog than store bought, lol)?

I like sauteing squash with garlic thyme butter and onions!
 
So the summer squash is ON, and I've lost the place here that has all those recipies! HELP!
Please someone give me a page number or something...

We had squash recipes here?? I remember a squash fritter that @FortCluck posted a while back. I got a cheap used book that is all squash recipes. It saves me when I'm drowning in zukes.
