Are you doing anything for gut health? My daughter had fatigue/neurological symptoms because her body couldn’t absorb the B vitamins because her gut health wasn’t good. We finally figured it out after she had stomach ulcer symptoms but any type of acid reflux/idegestion can indicate poor gut health, which is how it started for her. Her gut health issues were in large part due to vaccinations as a child.

Not sure if it’d help at all, but slippery elm plus magnesium (I think you said you already do magnesium) helped her heal tremendously. I also started making our own pre/probiotics (sour kraut and kombucha) which helped too. After a few months of that, she started to absorb the b vitamins and we saw a drastic difference in many ways.

Just wanted to mention it! ❤️
I do take magnesium. No acid reflux.

I eat onions that are supposed to be a prebiotic, goat yogurt, pickles. No wheat or cows milk. Very limited processed food. Little beef and pork. Lots of eggs, poultry, fresh and frozen fruit and veggies.

I was one who said trust the science and get your shots.
I apologize to anyone I offended.

I did get 3 of the shots and had no ill effects. Infact my long covid symptoms got somewhat better. With the severity of the variant being less for most people I didn't get the last 2 shots because of the evidence presented by you all.

Hahaha, I wish. I have never had one person tell me, sorry.

See information, attached.

I love fermented foods like sauerkraut.

My step daughter was mandated to get the jab. 3 weeks prior, she had a scheduled OBGYN yearly appointment and was deemed a ok.
6 weeks after getting the jab, she started having back pain. Turns out she developed several ovarian cysts that were ready to burst.. doc said since the jab, she has seen multiple cases of ovarian cysts that have developed extremely fast.

DIL hasn't had to have surgery, thankfully, but she is worried she might not be able to have children.
