I do take magnesium. No acid reflux.Are you doing anything for gut health? My daughter had fatigue/neurological symptoms because her body couldn’t absorb the B vitamins because her gut health wasn’t good. We finally figured it out after she had stomach ulcer symptoms but any type of acid reflux/idegestion can indicate poor gut health, which is how it started for her. Her gut health issues were in large part due to vaccinations as a child.
Not sure if it’d help at all, but slippery elm plus magnesium (I think you said you already do magnesium) helped her heal tremendously. I also started making our own pre/probiotics (sour kraut and kombucha) which helped too. After a few months of that, she started to absorb the b vitamins and we saw a drastic difference in many ways.

I did get 3 of the shots and had no ill effects. Infact my long covid symptoms got somewhat better. With the severity of the variant being less for most people I didn't get the last 2 shots because of the evidence presented by you all.

I eat onions that are supposed to be a prebiotic, goat yogurt, pickles. No wheat or cows milk. Very limited processed food. Little beef and pork. Lots of eggs, poultry, fresh and frozen fruit and veggies.
