No, the "beard" will probably disappear at some point.

I've never looked into it, but my hens grow a pronounced "beard" after their fall molt and lose it by spring. A mystery to me.

I’m not sure if that’s the correct name but it’s the best we could figure!

Here’s the original photo of our bearded wonder, maybe more of a soul patch? Never noticed it on any other bird. A male Italian.

The white (not the tuxedo) birds with the black flecking are pearl or Italian fee. Your sandy colored bird with the black flecking is also Italian with id guess some pansy (not calico). Your tuxedos look like Rosetta pied. Your red ones are pharoah roux fee or Egyptian fee (fee is a dilution gene so good call there). Looks like a falb fee in there too (pharoah fee). Not sure about that cream one, I have a range of “cloudy” birds too, seems to be a mix of genes including eb, fee, white, Blau, myrle? You’ve got some fun colors!
