Yes. The scab was there 2 weeks ago when I got her. No others have shown up yet

To me, that looks like an injury, not pox.

I don't think it's anything to worry about either way. If it is an injury, it's healing nicely. If it's fowl pox, she will recover from it too.

It appears that your tom has been in a snood pulling contest. It is turkey breeding season and it is very common for the toms to get injured and scarred during their fights which mainly consist of head and snood grabbing while they each try to get the other to submit.
