This is great that everyone's getting so crafty. What a great time to be cost concsious of our Christmas gifts. I found an old apple orchard that is giving away apple crates. Im laying antique linen I found cheap at a flea market or nice dish towels. Then Im filling with my canned goods; tomatoes, peaches, apples, and jam. Im also baking several different kinds of cookies to add.
This is what I made for my mom. It's a farm sign for her new place down in VA.
I also took beautiful pics of my in laws' cabin in WV and am going to make a wormy chestnut frame for it like my mothers sign.
I think these things will be so much more special for Christmas

They are so expensive at the organic clothing stores online so I never took the plunge but I believe they'd feel a lot better and I know they're much more eco-friendly....My only question. Are they bulkey? more than a disposable?
