Crafters- What are you making???

Anyone have a suggestion on how to cute circles for the quilt faster? I need 720 circles. I am cutting 1 at a time right now, and its been going on for over a week. I only have 250 circles so far. My hand cramps up at about 50 and I have to wait a day or 2 to do more.

I'm afraid putting the fabric together and doing 2-3 at a time will make for sloppy circles. This is the most important part of the quilt, even though they will folded and not actually visible circles on the quilt.

I also have to cut 720 squares too, but I have that down where I can do a lot at a time.

I may have to go check that out. The circles are 4.5" I do believe, bottom of a coffee can as a template. The squares going in the circles are 3".

I'm doing a similar pattern to the catherdral windows, just not the 3d ones.

those are too cute, you should make them in christmas colors and turn them into ornaments!

I saw those, I thought they were pinecones..... whoops.... hehehe. I really like the pink egg, could you do that pattern in a oh I dunno...... hmm...... burgandy or deep red or hunter green or something? Then it might look more eggy than pinecone-ish.... or maybe it's just the pinecone adorned fabric.... I dunno.... I love em all though. I know I couldnt do it! You should join the ornament swaps!

here are a couple of photos of our gourd lamps. These are homegrown and handcarved. Absolutely beautiful at night on the patio or as a nightlight etc. I have them up for sale as well in the everything else for sale section.
