Crazy chicken lady?

Its quite amusing exactly how many crazy chicken ladies there are! i'm also of the crazy chicken lady variety and i would rather eat my own shoe than change that, however my DH says that talking to my chooks like i talk to him is going too far. I disagree.

Yes i do!! DH hates it, says they getter better fed and treated than him! i say "theres no competition when it comes to my chooks"

My husband just called me that this week too. But I only have 4 chickens - so far!

Nothing wrong with being a crazy chicken lady. My mind is so one track towards chickens that I haven't been on the forum in months so I wouldn't feel the need to have more babies. I was told this week I can get one, and now that's become three and guess where that has landed me! Right back to my rightful spot on the internet!

PS: I sit in the run in the morning with my cup of tea and my girls. My neighbors have seen my pjs so often I don't even care anymore!

i'm crazy chicken lady to my family & friends- in their defense, i did study for months before i got them and then *goodness forbid* talked about them once they arrived......

i only have 4 birds .... absolute NOVICE in this neck of the woods - so happy to have this outlet

I don't know that I'm crazy, just a bit obsessed. I love my chickens and spend an unreasonable amount of time watching them. My darling dogs are miffed because now the chickens get first choice of the scraps. My DBF made me promise to not get anymore chickens and I only have 9.

I want the polka dotted chickens!
